Kick start the collaboration and cooperation with a little motivation. It needn't be much, an extra database, email address or some other Modwest swag.

Provide a Forum where we can help each other

Self explanatory really. It's a thing that will raise questions and supply answers and be a potential source of feeback material.

Off-site Archive and Backup in case of Catastrophe

I notice you provide backups to customers, but what-if customers provided backups to you which they could then access on-demand?

All you have to do is take the call, mount the disk they ask for and collect the fee. This would be a good way of safeguarding data off-site and maybe even a way of facilitating on-line image re-installs.

24 hr phone support for travelers

I chose Modwest because you offer an IMAP system. But sometimes I find it still doesn't work in all locations. And being somewhat tech-challenged, it would just be cool to know that I can reach Modwest when my computer cannot.

better support for Drupal

I installed Drupal onto the back end of my website United Parish. Send eCards out featuring a different member website

Most of the people that own sites at Modwest are businesses. Why not feature one each week with the other members of Modwest. Who knows, there could be some good cross promoting and that helps get the word out there. I would start with http://www.turtlemountain.com

Provide web-based FTP in the control panel

Sometimes you're on a different computer, or in my case my company's latest antivirus killed FTP, and you need to upload something.
