Different User Levels

Currently there is admin & mailbox only. It would be nice to have one or two levels in between the two for accounting personnel and or Website managers that allows access to some areas of OnSite but not all.

Redesign for desirable user-centered Webmail experience

The web-based mail from Modwest is not sufficient for today's online user. Time to scrap it and make it fast, intuitive and simple. Be sure to have a good Design team.

More options for site management

Currently there is no way to maintain a site through the control panel. We have the option of installing something like wordpress, but I would be more interested in just being able to edit files and am not generally that interested in the majority of what wordpress has to offer. Update the Interface ;)

An update UI would be just great. I mean its great how it is now but it could use a refresher. It still needs to have the same ease of use (thats what draws all my clients to Modwest) unlike godaddy or network solutions control panels.

Links to Modwest Blog Posts from within Control Panel

Often I see a link to a blog post I want to read on the Modwest homepage, when I'm about to log in. Then I log in and forget to read the blog post. (Usually logging in feels more urgent at the time than reading the blog post, if that makes sense.)
