Answer for: What format should Modwest's knowledge base take?

Although I would still prefer to see the available help mapped into a Forum it's probably best I keep an open mind and suggest the obvious as an experiment; mapping the content of http://modwest.com/help/ into a Grūpthink database where users would be able to create topics, contribute answers and comment on them.
It's likely that some additional development would be required to make it as easy to navigate, but that in itself may broaden the applicability of Grūpthink.
You'll never know until you try.
