tamara - I agree!

Any time you receive email in your Modwest inbox hours after it was sent, feel free to contact support ( http://my.modwest.com/asksupport.phtml ) and inquire about the source of the delay. It (rarely) could be delayed inside the Modwest network, but the more likely source is the sender's ISP, or an intermediary network provider. We can usually figure it out if we have the sender's email address, time of sending (with timezone), and the destination email address.
