A place for non-techies, non-system administrators to go to get verrrrry simple answers to questions.

Yes....perhaps "Support for Dummies" would be a better suggestion than Put Simply. I can barely understand some of the responses I get from support. The important email sent about three weeks ago to switch files from something to something just left me in a fog. When I emailed support I didn't understand what needed to be done I received another email with even more techno-babble that left me cross-eyed. I have to believe that there are other Modwest customers like me. We love the excellent service provided but are basically clueless as to the mechanics. And sometimes ignorance is bliss. But other times...it is disaster.
