Morbid I know, but for sure something that the first internet generation and their hosting providers should be considering.

This topic has peaked my interest as I have had to assist people (as recently as today) who have wished to continue the 'legacy'" of a departed associate or loved one.
In each case that I have dealt with it was not the person who had passed that wished to continue their websites, but someone else who was close to them and wanted to keep that site up as either a memorial or continuation of the person, their life and or work.
