I have about 50 sites hosted with Modwest, so it would be a royal pain in the butt to migrate them over to a new server system. Only if customer service were to tank along with server cluster performance would I seriously consider it. That being said, I have been a Modwest customer because of the logical way the system has been set up, how easy it is to configure a hosting plan the way i need it to be, and for the quick response time whenever I have an issue. If customer servivce started to drop and the way that the servers are set up changed dramatically (like, to Plesk. Blech.), then I would seriously consider it. [show less]
A key element in a successful business is the relationship factor. John Masterson has "been there" for me time and time again - so if he were to leave, my relationship with Modwest would be diminished. Any change-over would (for me) have to build a similar relationship/partnership.

Usually the quality of the services is always lowered in a way or another. I would probably leave it it were the case.
