Month to Month auto bill my credit card

It's much more convenient to pay once a year than to have twelve small transactions on my credit card

Discounts

Students are a renewable and the likes of Adobe take advantage of this, so why not Modwest?

You may also want to consider pensioners and other large groups of merit such as ex-services, where the word will spread.

Discounts could be introductory in some cases, or perhaps earned over time.

Reward Certificate

Modwest rewards certificates for competition prizes or a monthly certificate lottery among customers. Then allow them to use the voucher to offset their own costs or to gift it.

It might also be worth exploring payment by resource usage, for example, should light users on the same plan pay less than heavy users, which would bring discounting into play.
