So I looked among my RSS subscriptions (in time you get a feel for the performance and reliability of those sites) and in particular to Bruce Schneier's blog at schneier.com and this led me to Modwest where I found the blog entry on "Free Speech Hosting"

During the last 12 years I have been with several different ISP's and have never had the great service and support that Modwest has shown. I have heard every excuse in the book from other ISP's for problems when with others. Modwest is always straight forward and keeps thinghs going no matter what. I have been with Modwest for about 3 years now. It is tough to expect more out of a business that is almost perfect.
